Orderdy Account Deletion Policy

At Orderdy, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Login to Your Account using your registered email or phone number.
2. Go to the Profile tab and select My Profile.
3. Scroll down and select the Delete Account option.
4. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email or phone number for 2-Step Verification.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Once the verification is successful, your account will be deleted immediately.

Data Deletion Information

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Profile Information
• Order History
• Saved Addresses

Data Retention Period: Certain transactional data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal or business compliance purposes.

Important Notes

• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• All associated data and services will be deleted.
• Any active subscriptions or services will be automatically canceled.
